Do you have case studies I can see?

Why don’t we just conduct an annual bid to the top national providers?

Especially for truckload, bid response can help determine the market rate for a given period of time. But this doesn't tell your costs upstream and downstream from your carrier.

What we do is help determine if TL can be managed as LTL peddle runs. We then review other commonly overlooked efficiencies, like consolidating LTL into TL for distribution to strategic final-mile pool points.

Do I need my own warehouse?

You do not!
